What better way to workout than to do it with your boo. We all know working out has its benefits of keeping it right and tight, most importantly maintaining a healthy life. 1. Increase your happiness with your relationship : Studies show that after a couple comes together in a hot, sweaty workout, they tend to feel happier and more in love with their partner.
2. Energy Booster : You may be an exercise guru or a gym rat, however when you have your partner alongside you while you’re running on the treadmill it’s said to give the extra boost of energy. We’ve all been to the gym on a day where we really didn’t feel like but we knew it had to get done, having your significant other present give you that extra boost that you need to get it done. Just like J.Lo said in her caption “you push me I push you” it’s a partnership.
3. Fall in Love : You ever felt like the spark is gone in your relationship and you don’t know how to get it back? How about planning a date to the yoga studio, gym or park to do outside workouts. Studies have shown that exercise induces the symptoms of physiological arousal. That’s the spark you need to ignite that fire! Fall in love all over again with you partner by working out, you’ll look him/her, they’ll look at you like “ dang I didn’t know he/she can do that” and boom its on and popping.
4. Achieve fitness goals : How good would it feel to have the one you love pushing you to achieve your goals, they know how hard you want it, how hard you’ve been working, they’re your confidant. You can always get a physical trainer, spend money that you would rather save for something else and not really feel that “connection” you need to help reach your goals or you can have your partner right there by you side. It’s nothing better than having a person you trust, who has your best interest at heart, who won’t take your money or you for granted and still achieve your physical fitness goals.

It is said that a couple who sweats together, stays together. Fitness doesn’t have to boring or draining, it can be fulfilling and a love booster when you have your partner by your side. When you’re in a relationship there are so many components to making sure it stays healthy and fresh, why not add physical fitness to the mix.
