Quick food recipe after a long work day

I just got home from a 10 hour shift at work. I looked in the refrigerator and freezer. I was trying to figure out a way to make a quick food recipe after a long work day. I know that Fish takes only a couple of minutes to thaw, which would be a quick and easy food recipe. So I chose the cod fish and fresh veggies to get my servings in. All placed inside of corn tortillas which were also baked separately,… so no added oils.
I used my All Clad Emeril Lagasse edition iron skillet so everything bakes evenly and easily. You don’t always need a baking pan. Iron skillets are versatile too. While the food cooked, I chopped sweet onion and  celery. I used plain yogurt (the healthier choice) because I didn’t have sour cream. I added feta cheese as a topping along with Valentina Salsa Picante and Sriracha sauce for a nice kick. And here is how it is done:

Baked cod fish with garlic
Chopped celery and onion
Plain yogurt and feta cheese
Dill on the side
Added sriracha baked it on top of coconut oil, seasoned with black pepper, old bay, whole garlic, oregano. A dab of olive on top across the fish
4 servings Baked at 425 degrees for 10 minutes on an iron skillet
