Julianne activewear line is has been available online for a few months now, and is currently Lord & Taylor department stores across the country. Her current selection includes flirty sports bras, tanks, cover-ups, joggers, cropped leggings, and she has been sporting her pieces on instagram for us to drool over. “My Performance, My Lifestyle,” is all about meshing fitness with your everyday life, meaning your workout clothes should go far beyond the gym.

Tips straight from Jules mouth about how to eat could help us. She says, “I try to stick with foods that don’t come in boxes. I don’t want a whole paragraph of ingredients in my body. Brooks and I generally eat protein and veggies. For a boost of energy, I mix in quinoa or rice sometimes. ” I want everyone to know that I’m not Miss Perfect. You can cheat every once in a while, and that’s OK.

1.Stay committed! She admits to working out at least 3-6 times a week.

2. Mix up the workout throughout the week so you’re not board. Hough does yoga days a week, hard core full body the other      3 days, and then she includes a cycling class to add to her workout if she has a special photoshoot.

3. Start your day with a work out. She says it motivates her the rest of her day and could definitely do the same for us.

4. A cheat day is OK according  to Jules. She says, “You can still have a fit body as long as you work out regularly and eat relatively healthfully throughout your life.”

Get to know your body and what you like! Hopefully you stay on top of your health and care enough about your fitness to make it a lifestyle change just like our girl Jules.
