Here at the “Man Cave”  we try and figure out how to make low-cost food on thanksgiving if you’re spending it by yourself. A great meal always hits the spot but not without the great tools and the right ingredients. Don’t be sad on the holiday if your by yourself.

1.Spaghetti squash is healthy and easy to make! A quick heat up in the oven, then some shredding with a fork and your good to go!
2. Turkey meat, chilli and beans or just beans for the vegetarians grilled or steamed is a much leaner way to go when cooking.
3. When seasoning your protein of choice, use green bell peppers (yum), fresh garlic, onion, and cilantro.
4. Finish it off topped with feta cheese and fresh basil.
5. Set it all on top of one side of the squash and Wa-lah!
