Perfect food for date night

I wanted to try this last night before I filled my girlfriend’s heart with it when she comes over this weekend. The purpose to making this meal so light, is so you can cook for your date without giving her bubble guts. So I began with salted cod fish that I left in water overnight in the refridgerator. I then boiled the fish for 10 minutes. After that I chopped fresh onions and cucumber. I added olives, roasted red peppers and topped with olive oil, for a fresh taste. It’s definitely a quick high protein salad to start a good date night and keep it light.
