The best beans for a burrito

This one is for the ages! A classic with none other then a twist. No not lemon twist, but more of a heightened appreciation that makes your tummy scream, “Get in my belly!”
Autumn or Fall. It makes you think cool days and even cooler nights. Close your eyes and believe as we embark on our journey with Long sleeve shirts, sit around fireplaces, and sip our warm drinks.
Now let’s rewind a bit. How did we get to those warm and cuddly nights. We’ve feasted on a banging a** meal that’s how lol!
Look at the picture taken by imageAngelpro.com. It too will get your savory glands up in a riot for some good eats. What we have today is a good old fashioned high protein meal thats pretty good on the pocketbook, has heart healthy nutrients, and good till the last bite.
This steak and shrimp burrito is enough for two, but don’t tell that to your stomache. The best part about burritos is you can load them up with whatever you choose.
My choice of ingredients are:
Steak
Shrimp
Avocado
Tomato
Cilantro
Salsa Verde or red salsa
Black beans
Whole corn tortilla

Toppings include: dried cheese, cilantro, tomato in addition to what you place inside.

Start by cooking your steak and boiling your shrimp.
Simply warm up the tortilla and place it on your plate. Lace with salsa of your choice.
Add the remaining ingredients and roll it up.
Now the added bonus is the black beans. If you’re not sure how to cook beans, there are pretty good low sodium bean soups in a can that will be perfectly fine. The bean soups are made with all the necessary ingredients that provide amazing flavor. Warm it up with cilantro and stir together. Dress the plate sound your burrito for an absolute fun presentation.

Bam, Boom, and Voila!

Finally, a meal worth making and savoring. Sit back and give it a go.

Let us know how you made out and especially if you’ve added your own twist to this recipe.
