….and here we are at the same place… and here we are with the same food… face… eating without saying Grace. I’m just sayin. Time has passed and another Monday has come up and smacked us in the …Only we aren’t!

It’s funny how the same name of day was brought to us on a silver platter and some of us have not realized we are who we are and we are what we eat. It’s March. It’s effen the end of March. Ever step away and meditate or find yourself not knowing how it’s someday ahead of the time you thought it was? It happens! Try it and it will blow your mind.

We are officially in spring and everyone will soon feel the fever. Adrenaline flows through us, trees start budding, and before you know it, the freshest of fruit is displayed.

Ensure to take advantage of fruit and vegetables around this time. The costs start to dip down and the locally grown is incredible. For instance, look up some farmers markets in the area. Times and days of farmers markets vary so keep track of that as well.
Tis the season to prep, so get it done now, so you are not wondering later.
We all mostly know of the benefits eating fruits n veggies has so make it happen.
