Choose the right juice for your smoothie

When making your smoothie or juice with all of your favorite blends, it is crucial to pick the right mixes. Most fast food juice places will add lots of juice to your blend. Be on the look out for those places in which choose to add apple juice or orange juice that is not freshly made. Those particular juices contain lots of sugar and/or even high fructose corn syrup that is not at all good for your body. That’s why learning how to make your own juice with the right blends is best.

Pick up the blender and choose the right juice for your smoothie. In this particular juice we chose aloe vera juice. It’s not quite the norm but neither are we! So we decided to try it in our smoothie. Aloe vera is great for the digestive system and immune system. Also very well known for working miracles on your skin, aloe vera is a natural cleanser. It has a bit of a tart taste to it so just know that you want to pair it with the right fruit to help break through that tart.

Ok, the blender and aloe vera juice are out. Now we choose our fruits. In this case we chose apple, banana, kale, and lime. If you’re not into the tart taste then you may want to hold the lime. For a boost in your protein you can add peanut butter like we did or almonds, whichever you desire. Hit the smoothie button and blend away! There you have it, the perfect smoothie with the perfect juice. Reep the benefits of choosing the right juice for your smoothie and you can’t go wrong!
