Make your labor day toppings special

Make the perfect toppings for your Labor day burger. How else can you make your labor day toppings special other then adding high sodium and high fructose corn syrup ketchup to your burger. There are plenty of ways you can make your burger tasty without missing out on your vegetables and adding that bad dairy cheese that will make your stomach bubble later on.

First, pick out your favorite vegetables that make your ears and eyes perk up. You know, the kind of veggies your mouth waters for on these holidays. What works for me may not work for you but I think you might like the squash, mushroom, and onions mix we created.

It is pretty simple! Grab yourself some fresh squash, onions, and mushrooms. These veggies are all pretty cost sufficient. Trust and believe, when in doubt, spend your money on veggies. Slice them nice and thin, or buy the already chopped veggies. Whatever works for you, works for your guests! Get your skillet ready to heat up by drizzling some coconut oil instead of olive oil with a low to medium flame. This is going to give your veggies that extra flare to pull from their natural flavors. You will be amazed by the juice that drips from squash when it is cooked in coconut oil. Place the lid on your veggies so they can soften just right. Once it’s all said and done you can add your veggies to your burger along with tomato and kale. Now your in heaven.

Don’t over do it! Let your tasty burgers become a bit more magical by adding a new flare to your veggies. Whether your burgers are soy like mine, turkey, or beef, you will most definitely enjoy this zest! More ManCave meals for your heart, health, and pocketbook here.
