The best way to eat grilled fruit

Gotta be great, good, superb. Some thoughts that go through the most incredible Minds every minute of the day. I could say that my days are usually planned. Others don’t even know where they are when they wake up. I guess that’s a good day or a fun way to live out your life. I can’t really recall the last time that would have happened to myself, but maybe your stories should be written here aside of mine.

Yesterday, I woke up from being extremely tired. I honestly got super lazy lately and maybe it’s because it is Summer and I’m never home, however something sparked after my most recent trip. I had to take a ride to Ohio and if you’ve been on one, you know that long drives allow you to think about a lot of different things, especially when driving alone. One of the things that got me thinking was that summer is practically halfway through and I haven’t put much thought into sitting at my computer. So fruit came to mind and it hit me at mile 478 while passing Pittsburgh. I thought about how to incorporate all of this into my next meal for you guys. Now Ohio’s not much for peaches, but I guess that’s more of a Georgia thing. They do have some interesting meals. You can see in the photo that a typical omelette was made with some greens, store-bought full fat cottage cheese and then my peaches. These peaches are the desert and sweet crack that some people, like myself, need to stay happy. Without any prolonging today to my introduction, allow me to introduce you to some of the best ways to eat grilled fruit.

Make your typical omelette with whatever you like inside. Whatever floats your boat. Make it so that your eggs are light and fluffy. The peaches should be cut neatly with a sharp knife down the center around the pit carefully pulling apart as to not shredding or dismembering the whole piece. I use a ceramic nonstick skillet on very high heat and place the peaches on the skillet for about 2 minutes on the interpreted side and one quick minute on the exterior side. This allows caramelization of the peaches to begin and brings out such a sweet flavor to your senses that you’ll never think about adding sugar to your dry weak meals ever again. Follow man cave every week for filling ideas and creations that will blow your effing mind. Just like cheese and grapes this too will bring any meal to light, especially on those days where you have no idea what to make.

Bam, Boom, and voilá !
