Snacks that don’t ruin your appetite

Don’t you hate waiting on dinner because you don’t want to spoil it by over eating? But if it’s not done or your date doesn’t start for another hour, you have no other choice. Or at least that’s what you think! Here are some great snacks to eat before dinner:

1. Almonds- These are super light and you definitely are making a healthy choice full of protein.
2. Olives- light enough and filling!
3. Artichoke salsa- made with artichoke and a dressing, gives you that tart taste and keeps your stomach warm.
4. Rice cake snacks with peanut butter can definitely give you the fun and light taste you need before a meal.
5. Peppers and cheese- This gets you ready for a nice dinner but not too filled up.
