Exercises that can help your posture

The first thing that comes to mind, when I think of good posture is Audrey Hepburn as Eliza Doolittle in My Fair Lady. I think of it as a project, because not everyone can be physically acclimated to the practice of good posture. So when we finally do decide to break from old habits, and correct the way we stand and sit, its like we’re composing ourselves to a new reality. If your struggling to find ways to improve your posture, here are some steps you can take. By evaluating yourself, you have already taken the first step necessary to get you on the right track to a better posture.

It’s best to start a workout plan, and make these steps a regular part of your exercise routine.

1.)        Controlling the core
This is a move that helps train your core muscles to keep your pelvis stabilized. Ways you can perform this move is by.

-Preserving an instant frame function, supported on elbows and feet.

-Brace the abdominal and hold a straight frame line through toes, hips, and head.

This move is widely known as planking.

2.)      Redirecting Shoulders
This move relates to ballet routines that help with posture, and relaxing muscles.

-Starts with opening your chest.

-Keeping your neck elegant like a swan.

-Gently relaxing your shoulder blades down.

Do 4 sets of 8

3.)  Readjusting Arms
This simple movement helps engage your back muscles.

-Stand in a formal greeting position. preserve palms all the way down to your side.

-Bend elbows up so your forearms are aligned to the floor, palms facing up.

-Engage your shoulder blades, rise up straight from your curtsy, and push arm out instantly while twisting them so that arms are actually facing down.

-Pull and twist again to beginning function, squeezing shoulder blades to certainly work them.

Do 4 sets of 8

Its been studied that people with poor posture can have an arched lower back and protruding backside. This can lead to chronic back pain. People with good posture can benefit from having a good ability to think. Our brain requires 20% of oxygen to do its job properly. More air, more oxygen. With more oxygen, this leads to more thoughts and ideas. By doing these simple exercises on a regular basis, you will train to keep your neck long, and your shoulders down. This strengthens your upper back, that’s the pin point to a better posture. After you’ve learned to do that, your shoulders will follow.
