Make your own salad dressing

First and foremost, Summer! We made it. We absolutely did it! (Tears shed). Ha.
We hope everyone enjoyed themselves on dad’s day and expressed some ManCave™ editions to their day. Send us some of your specialties that you used or tweaked. We are always looking for ideas and if we like yours, we may use it on our ManCave Monday posts.
What’s next? What’s one of the things we all do before hitting breakfast hard, we get dressed. So speaking of getting dressed. Let’s dive into salad dressings and dips like we dove into summer. Today, we aren’t showing you yet another salad, but man-o-man we sure can dress it up better than dad on Father’s Day. Keep salad dressing in mind, because this was likely your dilemma when it came time to choose a dressing. Ever look at the back of the bottle to find most dressings have so much added sugar hidden in what seems to be an unpronounceable language. Even if it sounds like plane English, it’s added sugar that’s made to sweeten up their recipe. Today we will show you how to combat against and beat consuming unnecessary sugar with this super easy, heart healthy, salad dressing that can be added to anything. That’s right, it’s a food enhancer. Keep your pocketbook fat and you lean with these all natural ingredients:
Half Avocado

1 Cucumber

1 Lime/squeezed juice

2 TBSP Olive oil

Some Onion powder

1 clove Garlic minced or some powder

Handful of Cilantro

Mix in a blender really well and pour into an air tight container like the one pictured above or pour into a mason jar. Remember these are natural ingredients and will only last about 5-7 days in the refrigerator. BAM, BOOM, VOILA!

Don’t forget to share your ideas and comment below so we all can benefit, help each other, and feel ManCave™ strong!
