There is nothing more annoying than not being able to move forward after an argument. The fact of the matter is that you’re just not going to get along with your partner all the time.

Studies show that most couples argue at 312 times a year on a Thursday night around 8p for about 10 minutes. You may not even realize how much you’re arguing in your relationship. But if you think about the minor stuff , like the dishes not being done or maybe even an argument over which movie to watch at the theater. Either way, it’s definitely happening but there are great ways to avoid the arguments. And if you are living with your partner then there’s no doubt that you can easily become annoyed with that person’s habits. Of course, women are said to become more annoyed by their mate’s routine.

Consistent arguing in a relationship is just not healthy. There are ways to prevent argument in your relationship  without going through the same drama daily. Here are a few things you can try to get passed it all:

1. Make an appointment with each other.
2. If you can’t communicate without shouting then go to a public place you can’t shout; like the library.
3. Set up rules you both agree with.
4. Show body language to show that your listening and really care.
