Secret Ingredients within a small meal

Smoked salmon sandwhich & Hemp seed

Let it go. No, please don’t reference that cold movie. I meant, let your mind go. Get creative. I kept my pocketbook full and checked out my refrigerator, pantry, and freezer and this is what I came up with:

Ingredients:

Whole wheat bread
Smoked Salmon
Micro greens
Cilantro
Tomato
Avocado
Hemp seed

A juicy sandwhich with hemp seed, which is extremely packed with protein and adds a bit of nuttiness.

Now I have two secret ingredients within a same meal that make anything automatically taste amazing. Cilantro and Avocado. Remember you must keep the heart happy. It’s likely that if you add either one of these ingredients to salads, burgers, or chicken, the increase in satisfaction is surreal. The possibilities are almost endless. I don’t recommend them to baked apple pie or cereals, but to each is own, and I’m not one to veer away from odd meals. With all these fresh ingredients I was able to create a sandwhich that’s not only fulfilling, but is Healthy. If you feel good, then you must look good. Bam, Boom, and Voila!
