What to make for your summer time allergies

Summer time is here so that means unfortunately there’s a lot of allergy in the air. You may be like me and experience headaches and post nasal drip. If that’s the case, it is time to make some summer time soup for allergies. I know what you’re thinking. It’s not always so appealing to think about soup on a hot summer day. However, if your anything like me and can’t stand to have a stuffy nose or not having the ability to breathe then you’ll bite the sweaty bullet for this one. The best thing to do is eat the soup in a really cold air conditioned environment so you won’t get too sweaty.

So lets make this simple! First thing you should do is buy organic chicken breast. Add celery, carrots, and onions in your shopping cart to complete your soup ingredients. Remember onions are great in boosting your immune system. Celery provides vitamin a,k and c benefits and is a great source for dietary fiber. Carrots also include vitamin a,c and k but in addition vitamin B8, pantothenic acid, folate, potassium, iron, copper, and manganese. These rich sources of minerals and vitamins allow the body to heal and replenish the nourishment it needs.

Take your time to begin. Boil your water and add your salt and pepper for the zest. After you chop up the vegetables and chicken, you can begin to add it to the sizzle. This process should take about an hour and you’ll be complete and ready to wash your allergies away after a bowl full.
